As a pet owner since the age of 17, first with a dog and then transitioning to cats after my dog passed away, I can honestly say that I have visited several veterinary clinics over the years, and nothing compares to this one! From day one of adopting my 5-year-old cat, Dr. Ku has been incredibly transparent, thorough, and attentive when discussing possible treatments. She genuinely takes the time to explore every possibility and ensure your pet receives the best care. And let me tell you about the ladies at the front desk! They are absolutely wonderful. They consistently follow through, answer questions, and are always willing to help. I mean, this veterinary office answers the phone on the first ring with such positive energy! We all know veterinary visits can be expensive and sometimes stressful, so having a team with such a welcoming and upbeat attitude really helps calm your nerves. During my first visit, I was terrified that my newly adopted cat might be seriously ill because he was constantly sneezing and coughing. Since he had recently been adopted, we initially thought it could be a minor respiratory virus, which is fairly common in newly adopted cats and often resolves on its own. However, Dr. Ku didn't stop there. She personally followed up with a phone call, asked all the right questions, and made sure we were considering every possibility. After giving it a few weeks, my cat was still experiencing sneezing and coughing. Dr. Ku recommended moving forward with bloodwork and X-rays to get a better understanding of what was happening. Ultimately, we discovered that my cat has asthma. It's now been almost a month since starting treatment, and his coughing and sneezing have become almost nonexistent! That experience confirmed that this was the veterinary clinic for us. What I appreciated most was the process of elimination rather than jumping to conclusions or recommending unnecessary treatments. Dr. Ku remained involved throughout the process, consistently followed up, and made sure I understood every step. The front desk team was equally amazing, always available to answer questions and explain anything I didn't understand. Of course, no veterinary visit is ever inexpensive, but I highly recommend looking into pet insurance to help with unexpected expenses. This location accepts my pet insurance, although I would encourage others to call and confirm which providers they work with before visiting. To summarize, I absolutely love this team! Their professionalism, compassion, communication, and genuine dedication to animals have made such a difference in my experience as a pet owner. I will most definitely be bringing my other cat in for a routine checkup because I wouldn't want to take my pets anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Ku and the entire team, for everything you do! You have earned my trust, and that means so much when it comes to the health and well-being of my fur babies.

I took my dog in as an inquiry because they had the dental X-rays I was looking for and I was given the correct diagnosis with extreme knowledge and confidence. I was given options and was also referred to specialist in animal oral but was told that if those places where to busy then they could definitely help out my dog with normal risk in mind. I did bring my dog here and he was taken care of and my dog is doing 100% better thanks to the knowledge doctors, the helpful staff and the willingness to accept new customers even though it might not be a simple case.

Vets on staff are fantastic. I had an issue with not getting return calls and they immediately fixed it. Front desk staff are kind and knowledgeable. Office Manager is always there with a smile on her face for customers. I trust this office with my pet’s life

My dogs have been patients here for years, and I recently needed help with some international travel exams and paperwork for my dogs. Imani, the practice manager, is an absolute LEGEND. She knows her stuff, and will go above and beyond to help with the paperwork and make sure everything is taken care of. The vets are also great of course, but if I had to travel again I would 100% trust Imani with the crazy process. You can’t go wrong with using this practice.
