To our valued clients,
Due to the concerns associated with COVID-19, we have implemented the following options so we can continue to take care of our patients who depend on us. We also want to absolutely make sure you are comfortable in arranging the care that your pet may need.
1. We ask you to please call us ahead of time at (703) 455-1188 before arriving at our hospital.
2. If picking up medications or diets, please call ahead and a staff member will complete the transaction over the phone. Please pull up in front of our hospital, give us a call and we will deliver your products to your car.
3. For patient visits, please give us a call and we will schedule a time for your appointment. A staff member will then come and escort your pet into the building as you may remain in the car. If necessary, you and your pet can be escorted directly into a waiting exam room.
We are also happy to share we have expanded our hours, so we can better serve the needs of our patients.
Our hours of operation have been adjusted to:
Monday through Friday: 7am- 6pm
Saturday: 7am- 1pm
Please call us at (703) 455-1188 to discuss your pet’s needs and to schedule an appointment or you can request an appointment online.
We look forward to caring for your pets as we always have, and will keep you informed on when we fully return to our normal hours of operation.
Thank you for your continued patience and support.
