Dr. Osier has made me believe in this vet again. I was thinking about leaving after 30 years and once I had an appointment with her I knew she was what I was lookingf or in indivisual care.

I called PMC earlier today because I had a question about my friends dog and a gentleman named Nicolas answered the call. We talked for a few minutes by the time the call was about over he gave me the info that I needed to help me out. I apricated his help because he kept it honest with me. He was very professional, patient and understanding and he did it all without putting himself in a corner because he was ready transfer the call ASAP if I needed more information. Those are the type of people that you want taking care of your animals and know the job will be well done. Again never been there before but needed info and Nicolas helped me!!!!

Dr. Osier was able to prescribe an inflammatory medication that has helped Loki so much. We are so incredibly grateful Loki responded to the medication after the very first dose!

Pet Medical Center of Springfield has been there for our dogs for almost 15 years. The doctors and staff are very good, supportive, caring and competent. My husband and I have been very happy with this Vet Center and we would highly recommend them.
