I have been bringing my cats to Pet Medical Center of Springfield for 9 years and have always had wonderful experiences. Today, however, Dr. Christine Ku went over and above. My poor kitty had dislocated or broken her mandible. Unfortunately they can’t treat her at this facility, but Dr. Ku called oral surgeons throughout VA, MD, and PA to find one that could accept my cat. Dr. Ku also provided pain meds and antibiotics to help my cat until she could get into surgery. Dr. Ku and the team here are truly compassionate and caring!
